Modern style villa overlooks Los Naranjos golf and is a short distance to Puerto Banus. It has seven bedrooms over three levels that can accessed by an elevator. There are two swimming pools with a waterfall, spacious living room with separate dinning area, gym, sauna. The villa is situated in a quiet area of Nueva Andalucia but still only a 10 minute drive to the center of Marbella and five minutes to the bustling marina of Puerto Banus.
The villa is the ideal family villa with plenty to offer from a games room, to a large roof top terrace with a dining area to even a indoor heated pool at 33 degrees!
On the main entrance level of the villa there is a spacious living and 2 dining areas, a fully equipped kitchen and an exit to the terrace where you can sit outside and eat and also enjoy the garden. Payment and Cancellation - 90 Day Policy
Grace Period:
- Guests may cancel for free provided that: (1) cancellation is within 48-hours of reservation request, and (2) reservation request was made 11 days before arrival.
Payment Policy:
- 90 days or less prior to arrival: Guests pay 100% at time of reservation.
- More than 90 days before arrival: Guests pay 50% at time of reservation (non-refundable), the remaining 50% will be charged 90 days prior to arrival.
- For guests paying with points: 100% of payment will be deducted at time of reservation, once booking is verified within 48 hours.
Cancellation Policy:
- 90 days or less prior to arrival: No refund issued, unless ‘Grace Period’ applies.
- More than 90 days before arrival: initial 50% payment is forfeited; the remaining 50% will not be charged.
- For guests paying with points more than 90 days before arrival: 50% of points taken are forfeited; the remaining 50% will be refunded within 5-10 business days.
