Property Manager Villa Holidays is proud to present Istarska županija Villa 1010. Istarska županija Villa 1010 is located in the small and quiet village of Vabriga on the western coast of Istria. The heart of Istria, Porec, and the picturesque, hilly landscapes of the region are only a short drive away. Also, the clear, dark blue water of the Adriatic Sea with its vivid stone beaches is only a few minutes’ walk away.
The ground floor of the villa has a spacious living room and a fully equipped kitchen with a dining room. Stairs lead up to the first floor where there are two comfortable bedrooms, each with an ensuite bathroom. The third bedroom is located on the second floor and also has an ensuite bathroom as well as a dressing area. The second floor also has a roof terrace which offers a magical panoramic view.
In the beautifully landscaped outdoor area, you will find a swimming pool, sun loungers, garden furniture, and a barbecue area, which you can use at any time of the year with family or friends. A private parking space is located in the courtyard of the villa.
Istarska županija Villa 1010 is pet-friendly so your pets are more than welcome. The outdoor area offers plenty of space for your dog so that they too can enjoy their holiday in the fresh air.
