Valle Aurelia is located behind the Vatican, you wouldn't know it from the number of tourists. Perhaps the nickname Hell Valley is enough to discourage them. But this is not a comment on the place, but rather a reference to the presence of huge furnaces in the area, used until the 1920s. For centuries it was the heart of metalworking, clay firing and brick production in Rome, and this gave the neighborhood a vibrant, working-class character that endures to this day.

Payment and Cancellation - 14 Day Policy
Grace Period:
- Guests may cancel for free provided that: (1) reservation is canceled within 48-hours of reservation request, and (2) reservation request was made 11 days before arrival.
Payment Policy:
- 14 days or less prior to arrival: Guests pay 100% at time of reservation.
- More than 14 days before arrival: Guests pay 50% at time of reservation, the remaining 50% will be charged 14 days prior to arrival.
- For guests paying with Points or Cash & Points: 100% of payment of both Cash & Points will be deducted at time of reservation, once booking is verified within 48 hours.
Cancellation Policy:
- 14 days or less prior to arrival: No refund issued, unless ‘Grace Period’ applies.
- More than 14 days before arrival: 100% refund.
House Rules
- - LATE CHECK-IN after 8:00 pm has the cost of 20.00€, after 11:00 pm has the cost of 30.00€.
- - SMOKING is strictly prohibited inside the apartment!
