A comfortable great room has high ceilings, a gas fireplace with a beautiful stone accent wall with a mounted flat-screen TV. Large windows fill the entire open floor plan with natural light, letting you enjoy the captivating view from every room.
A gorgeous kitchen will delight the cooks in your group, with custom cabinetry, high-end appliances, and plenty of workspace, including a center island with seating for four. An open floor plan makes for easy entertaining and enjoying time together. An elegant dining area includes a unique custom wood table, stylish chairs and lighting, creating a wonderful space for family meals.
Step out onto an incredible deck with a gas grill for one-of-a-kind al fresco meals and happy hours in warmer months, recapping your days’ events while soaking in the views and enjoying the peaceful ambiance. Below, the Blue River flows by, adding another welcome touch of nature to your vacation.
On the upper level is the primary suite, a lovely oasis with stylish wood furnishings including a king bed, dresser, a sitting area, and gas fireplace with mounted flat screen TV. A spa-like bathroom includes a soaking tub, a walk-in shower, and dual vanities. Remote workers will appreciate an office area with a desk and chair.
Downstairs is where movie and game night begin, on a comfortable sectional with a large flat-screen TV and SubZero mini fridge. Nearby, guests will enjoy three bedrooms, a king suite, and a queen suite, each with ensuite baths, and a bunk room with two twin bunks the kids will love with a shared bath.
Step outside to a fantastic lower patio, complete with a fire pit for s’mores and storytelling. Listen to the tranquil sounds of the river and feel yourself unwind. Relax in a private hot tub after a long day of adventure and enjoy your soak with some Colorado stargazing.
Other amenities include a laundry room with a washer and dryer, a gear storage room, an upstairs powder bath, and a heated garage with space for two vehicles.
Four-wheel drive is required in the winter months.

SHUTTLE
This home enjoys complimentary use of the property manager shuttle, mid-November through mid-April, using the convenient shuttle app to schedule pickups. The use of the shuttle is on a first-come, first-served basis.

IN HOME AMENITIES
All properties have WIFI and come fully stocked with paper products (paper towels, toilet paper, tissues), bathroom toiletries (shampoo, conditioner, body wash, hand soap), and detergents (dish, dishwasher, and laundry) as well as clean bed linens and towels. In addition, the kitchens are stocked with aluminum foil, plastic wrap, trash bags, sponges, soap, salt and pepper, coffee, tea, Nespresso, cookware, bakeware, dishes, glasses, utensils, and standard small appliances.
This home does not have air conditioning. Colorado’s cool summer nights will keep this home comfortable by opening windows after the sun goes down, and then closing the windows and blinds during the day. Utilizing the overhead fans, if available, keeps airflow moving, and additional floor fans can be found in many bedroom closets. Can’t live without it? A/C units may be available for rent for an additional fee.
