This spacious, luxury home has rustic log accents and a comfortable mountain feel, perfect for a Colorado getaway. In winter, the Property Manager shuttle can take you to and from the ski lifts or downtown, making your vacation truly hassle-free. On warmer days, walking to town is a breeze.
There is plenty of entertaining space in this 5000-square foot home with its open floor plan, post and beam interior, and large great room with comfortable seating, river rock gas fireplace, and plenty of natural light.
A chef’s kitchen will delight hungry crowds with double ovens, two sinks, a gas cooktop, a large island, and bar seating. A cozy breakfast nook and perfect kid’s table sit adjacent to the kitchen and an elegant dining room seats eight guests.
Off the kitchen, you will find a deck with a grilling area, outdoor seating, and a private hot tub area for relaxing under the stars after an action-packed day.
Guests will enjoy five tastefully decorated bedrooms, each filled with natural light and splashes of color. The spacious primary king suite is on the main level with a TV, fireplace, and ensuite bath with a soaking tub and walk-in shower. Enjoy the cozy library and private office space on the main level and get lost in a book on the twin sleeper chair.
On the upper level is a king suite with an ensuite as well as a room with two full beds and a loft with a queen sleeper sofa, desk, and game table.
Relax by the fire in the cozy lower-level family room, complete with a TV and bumper pool, game table, wet bar, sink, and microwave. Adjacent to the family room are two more bedrooms, a queen suite with an ensuite bath and a festive jungle book bunkroom with two twin trundle beds and an ensuite bath.
Other amenities to this spectacular home include a 3-bay garage with parking for 5 cars total, and a washer and dryer.

Regretfully, weddings and events are not permitted in our homes. This is a pet-free home due to severe homeowner allergies.
For groups who require more beds, rent one of our other luxury properties, Lazy Bear, with Inglenook, for a combined guest total of 27. They are less than half a mile from one another and create the perfect opportunity for larger gatherings.
SHUTTLE
This home enjoys complimentary use of the property manager shuttle, mid-November through mid-April, using the convenient shuttle app to schedule pickups. The use of the shuttle is on a first-come, first-served basis.
GUEST SERVICES
The property manager has a Guest Services Team, offering full-service vacation planning assistance prior to your trip. You will be assigned a dedicated specialist who will guide you through all the activities and services available. You will also have access to our online Guest Portal where you can find extensive details about your reservation, your residence and guest services.
IN HOME AMENITIES
All properties have WIFI and come fully stocked with paper products (paper towels, toilet paper, tissues), bathroom toiletries (shampoo, conditioner, body wash, hand soap), and detergents (dish, dishwasher, and laundry) as well as clean bed linens and towels. In addition, the kitchens are stocked with aluminum foil, plastic wrap, trash bags, sponges, soap, salt and pepper, coffee, tea, Nespresso, cookware, bakeware, dishes, glasses, utensils, and standard small appliances.
This home does not have air conditioning. Colorado’s cool summer nights will keep this home comfortable by opening windows after the sun goes down, and then closing the windows and blinds during the day. Utilizing the overhead fans, if available, keeps airflow moving, and additional floor fans can be found in many bedroom closets. Can’t live without it? A/C units may be available for rent for an additional fee.
