Decked Out on Marbury is a beautifully updated two-story home on a deep-water canal in the heart of Longboat Key. Boasting 4 bedrooms and 4.5 bathrooms, this resort-like home has plenty of fun amenities to ensure a memorable vacation for the entire family. The private house comfortably sleeps 10 and features a boat dock for those interested in bringing their personal watercraft.
As you enter the home you will immediately go into vacation mode. The large entryway leads you to a variety of places to explore. Tucked directly to your left is a cozy den with a comfy sleeper sofa, over-sized bean bag chair, decorative console with TV and arcade-style golf game. A perfect little hideaway for the kid in all of us. Immediately to the right is the two-car garage entrance and a staircase that leads to the second story bedrooms.

Payment and Cancellation - 30 Day Policy
Grace Period:
- Guests may cancel for free provided that: (1) reservation is canceled within 48-hours of reservation request, and (2) reservation request was made 11 days before arrival.
Payment Policy:
- 30 days or less prior to arrival: Guests pay 100% at time of reservation.
- More than 30 days before arrival: Guests pay 50% at time of reservation, the remaining 50% will be charged 30 days prior to arrival.
- For guests paying with points: 100% of payment will be deducted at time of reservation, once booking is verified within 48 hours.
Cancellation Policy:
- 30 days or less prior to arrival: No refund issued, unless ‘Grace Period’ applies.
- More than 30 days before arrival: 100% refund.
House Rules
- NO SMOKING in the house, and preferably not on the property as smoke travels. Extra cleaning charges can be applied for smoke smell in the house.
- DO NOT PARK on the road, as you risk being towed at owners/renters expense. Park only in designated areas.
- NO PARTIES allowed at the property.
- Do not tamper with door locks; if your code is not working, give us a call.
- MAXIMUM occupants in the property is the number of guests listed on the reservation.
- All guests need to abide by the “Good Neighbor Policy.” Quiet hours are from 10pm – 8am. We know you’re on vacation, but the neighborhood has a lot of residents.
- If the property has a pool/hot tub, DO NOT adjust equipment without consent. Pool equipment is very expensive and guests will be held responsible for damaged equipment. Call for instructions.
- Primary renter must be 25 years of age. Guests under 18 need to be accompanied by an adult on the property at all times.
- No commercial photography or videography allowed of any of our properties without written consent.
- No PETS unless otherwise specified.
- IF ANYTHING BREAKS; we understand accidents happen, let us know so we can make the property whole for the next guests.
- IF ANYTHING SPILLS; and you can’t clean it up properly, please contact us right away.
