This brand new rental property professionally decorated in a cheerful coastal theme will be sure to boost your spirits all while providing you the comforts of home. Enter the gates into the secure townhome area of the complex to a unit with pretty back views overlooking a large lake. There is an assigned parking space right in front of the unit. The unit is sparkling clean and boasts all of the beach amenities you may need: 2 Tommy Bahama backpack beach chairs, a beach umbrella, and a cooler. Beach towels are also included. Relax out on the lanai with a glass of wine. Watch cable TV in the living room or in the bedroom or log in to your Amazon or Netflix accounts. A full-sized washer and dryer (just a year old!) are so convenient. The kitchen contains everything you may need to cook meals at home. When it’s time to go out, there are loads of stores just a short distance away: Aldi’s, Publix, and Walmart are all close by and there are plenty of nearby restaurants close by as well.
