This rental includes the main house and detached guesthouse. Sleeps 10 very comfortably.
The main house has 2 bedrooms and 1 bath, fully stocked kitchen and living room/dining area.
The master bedroom has a king bed. The second bedroom has a queen bed. There is a queen sofa sleeper in the living room. Guest bathroom with tub/shower combo is convenient to both rooms. Fully stocked kitchen. Great covered porch for relaxing and watching wildlife. Charcoal grill.
Just a few steps away is the guesthouse. Studio with 2 twins and a queen bed in the loft. Full bathroom with a walk in shower.
Pool can be heated in the off season for an additional fee. Please inquire with Property Manager. Must have 48 hrs. notice.
Guests must be 25 years of age or older to make a reservation and must stay at the property. This home has a maximum occupancy of 10 guests. This home has room for 3-4 vehicles no campers, RV’s or trailers allowed. This maximum occupancy is not to be exceeded at any time. No daytime guests allowed. This home allows 2dogs under 40 lbs., $25 per day per dog. Dogs must be on leash when outside. To comply with city and county short-term rental permit restrictions, the outdoor areas of this home are monitored by video camera. This property includes accidental damage insurance up to $1500.
