Agathae is a Delightful Luxury nest ideal for a Couple with a wonderful garden in the most exclusive neighborhood of the city: Parioli. Within walking distance you can visit the many historical Villas (Glori, Ada, Borghese, the Bio Park), the Museums, the historical center and reach the Auditorium Parco della Musica. At 350 meters is located the Euclide train station and the neighborhood is well stocked with all kinds of activities starting from pharmacies, restaurants and stores for shopping!
The 90 sqm apartment on the ground floor is located in a Prestigio building, what makes it unique is the garden and the furniture with typically wooden products with the contrast of black and white color, making it a very bright and classy space thanks to the combination of Design products including paintings and sculptures.

It has been completely renovated and thought in the smallest detail to welcome guests from all over the world and offer a quality stay, for this reason it also has HEATING, fast and free FIBRA Wi-Fi great for those in Smart Working, 10 meters away you can use the Parking for a fee.

- LATE CHECK-IN after 8:00 pm has the cost of 20 euro, after 11:00 pm has the cost of 30 euro.

- Please RESPECT your NEIGHBORS and keep NOISE to a MINIMUM, especially during the night hours (10 PM - 08 AM), upon arrival and departure.
- At Check-Out any WASTE should be kindly disposed of outside in the Condominium Containers.
