Property Manager Villa Holidays is proud to present Orlando Mansion 5774.
This one-of-a-kind treasure boasts a massive central living space designed to bring you and your guests together in a comfortable, beautiful setting. An open-plan kitchen with bright marble counters and bar stool seating is the ideal spot to gather around for snacks or evening cocktails, while the impressive dining room will comfortably accommodate up to 28 guests. It can also double as a conference room if you plan to get some work done (we hope not!). Outside, a glistening pool and jacuzzi await, surrounded by a covered patio deck and lounge area. There are 11 bedrooms: 7 king size rooms, 2 rooms with 2 queen/ double beds each, and 2 bunk bedrooms, with 2 sets of bunk beds (4 total) in each of them.

Payment and Cancellation - 60 Day Policy
Grace Period:
- Guests may cancel for free provided that: (1) reservation is canceled within 48-hours of reservation request, and (2) reservation request was made 11 days before arrival.
Payment Policy:
- 60 days or less prior to arrival: Guests pay 100% at time of reservation.
- More than 60 days before arrival: Guests pay 50% at time of reservation, the remaining 50% will be charged 60 days prior to arrival.
- For guests paying with points: 100% of payment will be deducted at time of reservation, once booking is verified within 48 hours.
Cancellation Policy:
- 60 days or less prior to arrival: No refund issued, unless ‘Grace Period’ applies.
- More than 60 days before arrival: 100% refund.
