Payment and Cancellation - 14 Day Policy

Grace Period:

  • Guests may cancel for free provided that: (1) reservation is canceled within 48-hours of reservation request, and (2) reservation request was made 11 days before arrival.

Payment Policy:

  • 14 days or less prior to arrival: Guests pay 100% at time of reservation.
  • More than 14 days before arrival: Guests pay 50% at time of reservation, the remaining 50% will be charged 14 days prior to arrival.
  • For guests paying with points: 100% of payment will be deducted at time of reservation, once booking is verified within 48 hours.

Cancellation Policy:

  • 14 days or less prior to arrival: No refund issued, unless ‘Grace Period’ applies.
  • More than 14 days before arrival: 100% refund.

  • By booking with us you agree to the terms and conditions outlined in our Rental Policy and agree to follow our HOUSE RULES:
  • - No smoking anywhere inside the property
  • - Report any breakages or damage
  • - Check-out by your agreed time
  • - Respect our neighbours by keeping noise to a minimum after 11pm
  • - Follow our STRICT NO PARTY POLICY.
  • If you are in any doubt as to this policy, please contact us immediately. Following these rules will ensure your security bond is returned to you in full and on time. Breaking these rules may result in charges being incurred as detailed in our terms and conditions. If you respect the property as you would your own home, you can relax and enjoy your stay.

The leased property complied at time of construction to Australian building codes, however may not necessarily comply with current Building Code of Australia (BCA). The tenant acknowledges that the leased property may not comply with the current BCA and that it is being leased in an “as is” condition and the tenant releases the landlord from any liability that may arise as a result thereof. The tenant and their guests are advised to exercise caution when using the external balconies and to supervise any children on the leased property. Further the tenant acknowledges and accepts that the property is not fenced.”
