The top floor of the villa consists of a living room with an adjoining porch/terrace with a dining table and seating. The large sliding doors connect the inside with the outside. The master bedroom with bathroom en-suite is located on this floor. The practical open kitchen has a 4-burner stove, microwave oven, fridge-freezer and Nespresso coffee machine. An additional toilet is located on this floor.The first floor has 2 bedrooms with en-suite bathrooms and is adjacent to the spacious terrace with a private pool and outdoor shower. From the pool, you overlook the azure Caribbean Sea. Next to the pool is a spacious shaded terrace with sun loungers. From the terrace, you walk down via a staircase to the lush tropical garden with many hummingbirds (kolibrie in Dutch) to greet you. Payment and Cancellation - 60 Day Policy
Grace Period:
- Guests may cancel for free provided that: (1) reservation is canceled within 48-hours of reservation request, and (2) reservation request was made 11 days before arrival.
Payment Policy:
- 60 days or less prior to arrival: Guests pay 100% at time of reservation.
- More than 60 days before arrival: Guests pay 50% at time of reservation, the remaining 50% will be charged 60 days prior to arrival.
- For guests paying with points: 100% of payment will be deducted at time of reservation, once booking is verified within 48 hours.
Cancellation Policy:
- 60 days or less prior to arrival: No refund issued, unless ‘Grace Period’ applies.
- More than 60 days before arrival: 100% refund.
