LegaSea is one of the largest traditional beachfront homes on Carolina Beach’s North End that can accommodate a large group yet provide individual privacy and convenience, all at a very reasonable price. Designed as a horizontal duplex with main living spaces on both top and bottom floors, each with a well stocked kitchen, dining area and large living space. Each floor has a large covered main deck facing the ocean with plenty of seating and another covered deck with channel views. This property is no frills and has that beach cottage feeling making it very homey for your home away from home vacation.

Payment and Cancellation - 60 Day Policy
Grace Period:
- Guests may cancel for free provided that: (1) reservation is canceled within 48-hours of reservation request, and (2) reservation request was made 11 days before arrival.
Payment Policy:
- 60 days or less prior to arrival: Guests pay 100% at time of reservation.
- More than 60 days before arrival: Guests pay 50% at time of reservation, the remaining 50% will be charged 60 days prior to arrival.
- For guests paying with points: 100% of payment will be deducted at time of reservation, once booking is verified within 48 hours.
Cancellation Policy:
- 60 days or less prior to arrival: No refund issued, unless ‘Grace Period’ applies.
- More than 60 days before arrival: 100% refund.
