Luna Sea offers an open-concept living area with a large glass slider door to the deck, the ideal spot for watching the sunrise over the ocean each day! The living room includes refreshing decor and a flat-screen TV with access to video streaming and music apps. A new, fully stocked kitchen with all new appliances is located off the living area. The large kitchen island is a great space for the family to gather while preparing meals or enjoying some time out of the sun after a fun-filled day at the beach. The Master suite is furnished with a king bed, has its own private spa-like bathroom, provides direct access to the covered porch with ocean views, and has a Juliet balcony. The second Queen bedroom shares a full bathroom with the hallway and has its own Juliet balcony. The third bedroom includes a Pyramid Bunk bed with a full-sized trundle, its own private bathroom, and a Juliet balcony. All three bedrooms offer smart flat-screen TVs with access to video and music streaming apps. Parking instructions: 2 spots (depending on vehicle size) in the garage. Vehicles are not allowed to stick out of driveway into the street. Any additional vehicles that do not fit at the property must park in paid public parking. **Elevator reliable but not guaranteed** INCLUDED: WIFI, fully stocked kitchen, paper goods and ALL linens, including all bedding + bath + beach towels to save you the hassle/cost of renting them separately ($200-300+ value)! When you arrive, beds will be made with crisp, fresh linens and complete sets of fluffy towels will be available. You must be 25 years or older to rent this property. Property Manager requires that all reservations have a signed rental agreement that will be sent to you via text message after booking. Once you’ve booked your stay, you will have 48 hrs. to complete the rental agreement to confirm your stay. Property Manager reserves the right to cancel your booking if the rental agreement is not completed within 48hrs. Booking a vacation rental can be stressful!
