It is a single-story vacation rental located close to the beach. As it opens onto a lovely view over the ocean and the yachts coming and going, this charming house welcomes guests in a soothing and cozy atmosphere. It features a pleasant living room with two sofas covered with soft cushions and an HDTV perfect for delightful movie nights. The fully-equipped kitchen and the indoor dining room which can accommodate up to six guests are located in the same open space, swept by the gentle tropical breeze. The crystal-clear St. Barths’ waters shine through the large openings onto the terrace, as well as the foliage of the banana and palm trees that surround the property.
The terrace offers relaxing and comfortable spaces to rest whatever the time of day or evening. Underneath the covered area, there are an outdoor lounge and a dining table, perfect to talk over a coffee or to sip a cocktail. There is also a jacuzzi for private moments...

Payment & Cancellation - 90 Day Policy
Grace Period:
- Guests may cancel for free provided that: (1) reservation is canceled within 48-hours of reservation confirmation, and (2) reservation was confirmed at least 11 days before scheduled arrival.
Payment Policy:
- 90 days or less prior to arrival: Guests pay 100% at time of reservation.
- More than 90 days before arrival: Guests pay 50% at time of reservation (non-refundable), the remaining 50% will be charged 90 days prior to arrival.
- For guests paying with Points or Cash & Points: 100% of payment of both Cash & Points will be deducted at time of reservation, once booking is verified within 48 hours.
Cancellation Policy:
- 90 days or less prior to arrival: No refund issued, unless ‘Grace Period’ applies.
- More than 90 days before arrival: initial 50% payment is forfeited; the remaining 50% will not be charged.
- For guests paying with points more than 90 days before arrival: 50% of points taken are forfeited; the remaining 50% will be refunded within 5-10 business days.
