The Home
It is tastefully decorated to create a peaceful haven of peace in front of the sea. The living room is a most relaxing space: the large living room with comfortable sofas made of woven fibers and soft cushions brings a delightful feeling of serenity. The dining room can accommodate up to six guests around the indoor table. And in the morning, you will enjoy having breakfast at the bar with stools near the kitchen perfectly equipped for meals preparation.
At the front, the large terrace is planted with palm trees with large chiseled leaves letting the sun rays and the trade winds go through. Near the pergola, an outdoor dining area is set up for nice evenings under the stars. There is also a beautiful swimming pool surrounded by deck chairs for sunbathing sessions. At one end of the terrace, a private wooden staircase leads you to the sandy beach of Flamands for pleasant moments in St-Barths’ salty air.

Payment and Cancellation - 90 Day Policy
Grace Period:
- Guests may cancel for free provided that: (1) cancellation is within 48-hours of reservation request, and (2) reservation request was made 11 days before arrival.
Payment Policy:
- 90 days or less prior to arrival: Guests pay 100% at time of reservation.
- More than 90 days before arrival: Guests pay 50% at time of reservation (non-refundable), the remaining 50% will be charged 90 days prior to arrival.
- For guests paying with points: 100% of payment will be deducted at time of reservation, once booking is verified within 48 hours.
Cancellation Policy:
- 90 days or less prior to arrival: No refund issued, unless ‘Grace Period’ applies.
- More than 90 days before arrival: initial 50% payment is forfeited; the remaining 50% will not be charged.
- For guests paying with points more than 90 days before arrival: 50% of points taken are forfeited; the remaining 50% will be refunded within 5-10 business days.
