This newly refurbished apartment is a stone’s throw from the beach, Brighton Palace Pier and the beautiful Pavilion - you can also see the sea from the apartment! Located on a vibrant and bustling street in the Kemptown area of Brighton, it’s close to cafes, pubs and restaurants and just a short walk from Brighton train station. With a modern and spacious feel, there is a a king size bed and a sofa bed (perfect for 1!), fresh linen is provided for all guests. The kitchen is fully equipped with a pod coffee machine and everything you might need to cook up a brunch. There’s a small dining table, an iron and ironing board, a hair dryer, Smart TV with Netflix and hanging space for your clothes. The perfect base to explore the city and make the most of everything Brighton has to offer, the flat has self check in and is professionally cleaned.

Things To Know
Payment and Cancellation - 14 Day Policy
Grace Period:
- Guests may cancel for free provided that: (1) reservation is canceled within 48-hours of reservation request, and (2) reservation request was made 11 days before arrival.
Payment Policy:
- 14 days or less prior to arrival: Guests pay 100% at time of reservation.
- More than 14 days before arrival: Guests pay 50% at time of reservation, the remaining 50% will be charged 14 days prior to arrival.
- For guests paying with points: 100% of payment will be deducted at time of reservation, once booking is verified within 48 hours.
Cancellation Policy:
- 14 days or less prior to arrival: No refund issued, unless ‘Grace Period’ applies.
- More than 14 days before arrival: 100% refund.
