Whistler Creek Lodge sits right beside a great pizza place, CreekBread restaurant. THE SPACE This awesome 600 sq ft unit, 1 Bed/1 Bath unit was renovated in 2016 with a brand new walk-in shower and full kitchen. The home has a large loft with a queen bed, and a pull-out couch (double size). We have two TVs (one in the living area above the wood-burning fire) and one in the lofted bedroom. We also offer high-speed WiFi for your stay. Sit by the fireplace with a glass of wine after a long day on the hill or enjoy a hot chocolate on the patio facing the beautiful mountain views! KITCHEN Oven, Stove, Fridge/Freezer, Microwave, Coffee pot, Kettle, Toaster and more! Make a quick meal before you hit the slopes or buy fresh local ingredients across the street at Creekside Market and have an elaborate dinner. Coffee and tea are provided for your stay with us as well as oil, salt and pepper for cooking. LAUNDRY Coin-operated laundry facilities are available in the building for a small fee ($3). HOT TUB The Whistler Creek Athletic Club has a hot tub and for a small user fee, guests can have a soak just downstairs! The pool is closed for the season starting Sept 19.** *Creekside Gondola and Big Red Express are currently under renovation and are due to open for the 2022/23 Winter Season. Whistler Mountain can still be accessed from Whistler Village Gondola. *** WHISTLER BLACKCOMB CREEKSIDE GONDOLA AND RED CHAIR LIFT UPDATE**** - November 4th, 2022 Whistler Blackcomb has announced, that due to "supply chain and shipping issues... resulting in delayed delivery to critical parts" is, unfortunately, "impacting the completion of both projects". Big Red Express is now expected to open in early December and will update you on the timeline for Creekside Gondola once the delayed parts arrive. Whistler Blackcomb has also announced that they will be offering a FREE and FREQUENT SHUTTLE SERVICE FROM CREEKSIDE, AND PRIORITY AND EXPEDITED LIFT ACCESS TO BOTH WHISTLER AND BLACKCOMB GONDOLAS, TO THOSE, TRAVELLING TO AND FROM CREEKSIDE TO THE VILLAGE. Whistler and Blackcomb Gondolas will also be providing EARLIER UPLOADING (weather permitting) of 15 minutes to accommodate this. For SKI-OUT ACCESS to CREEKSIDE, once the terrain is open, usually around late December (weather permitting) their "goal is to allow for ski-out access". PLEASE NOTE This is unit #304 (third floor) and there is no elevator in the building. We will be available by text, email, or phone call 24/7. If you need something in person, of course, we can help as well; but we like to give our guests space while on vacation Try to greet on arrival, not always the case, access codes are given out 1 day before arrival. ****************************** Little tight for 4 adults, we accept bookings for 2 adults, For families with 1 or 2 kids please call to discuss, if you would like to add a 3rd adult please call to discuss, an additional fee per night would apply ($30). The Creekside area of Whistler is the original base for the mountain. It now serves as one of several bases for Whistler-Blackcomb and has easy Gondola access to all ski/biking areas. Creekside is the perfect location for a family getaway as it is quieter than Whistler Village. Enjoy all the conveniences of being surrounded by shops, bars, restaurants, liquor stores, coffee shops and much more. Walk to Nita Lake Lodge for lunch and relax and indulge in their amazing full-service spa. Or take the Valley Trail from Creekside to "The Lakes" and enjoy the scenery and alpine views of Nita Lake and Alpha Lake Park. Go exploring and rent kayaks or paddle boards from Wayside Park in the summer Public transit is excellent, no car is required, the main village is a short bus ride away, can also walk to the village on the valley trail. **COVID19 Cleaning & Safety Considerations We are is exercising all precautions possible for the safety of our guests. Here are some ways we’ve changed our hosting practices due to COVID-19: ✔ Cleaning with bleach and alike products to disinfect all bathrooms and kitchens ✔ Use a germicidal disinfectant for the following high-touch surfaces: door and window handles, cabinet and drawer handle, TV remotes, and all light switches. The comfort and safety of our guests are always a priority for us and we will continue to monitor the situation and ensure to make any modifications to our precautions as needed You may visit the Public Health Agency of Canada to keep you to date WCL Hot Tub Guidelines: Our hot tub will be opening in a limited capacity for use by owners, tenants, and guests. Please review the following guidelines. • Hours of operation; Monday to Friday (7:00 am to 7:30 pm) Saturday and Sunday (8:00 am to 7:30 pm). Adults only, please. • Please wear proper bathing attire in the hot tub. Please enter the gym clothed with footwear. • Please shower before entering the hot tub. • Hot Tub will be drained for cleaning twice a month, on Mondays or Tuesdays (subject to change). • The blower pump is not currently functional, water flow is limited to the circulation pump.
