Located in peaceful Wears Valley, just 8.5 miles from Pigeon Forge and 18 miles from Gatlinburg, this newly decorated vacation rental is the perfect place to relax and recharge. The cabin features 2 king bedrooms, each with plenty of space for adults to stretch out and relax. The main level includes a fully stocked kitchen, a living room with a flat-screen TV and a seasonal (Oct 1- April 1) gas fireplace, and a front deck. The back deck features extra seating and a hot tub, perfect for enjoying the sounds of nature after a long day of exploring the area’s attractions. The lower level of the cabin features an electric fireplace, a kids’ nook with built-in full-size bunk beds, and an arcade game for late-night fun. Payment and Cancellation - 60 Day Policy
Grace Period:
- Guests may cancel for free provided that: (1) reservation is canceled within 48-hours of reservation request, and (2) reservation request was made 11 days before arrival.
Payment Policy:
- 60 days or less prior to arrival: Guests pay 100% at time of reservation.
- More than 60 days before arrival: Guests pay 50% at time of reservation, the remaining 50% will be charged 60 days prior to arrival.
- For guests paying with Points or Cash & Points: 100% of payment of both Cash & Points will be deducted at time of reservation, once booking is verified within 48 hours.
Cancellation Policy:
- 60 days or less prior to arrival: No refund issued, unless ‘Grace Period’ applies.
- More than 60 days before arrival: 100% refund.
