This fantastic daylight basement apartment was created with guests in mind and is furnished with everything you’ll need for a perfect Portland stay! We’re located just a couple of blocks to tons of Alberta Arts dining, bars and shopping. Our roomy two bedroom apartment with comfortable queen beds also offers a smart TV, record player, full kitchen equipped with everything needed to prepare meals, PLUS there’s even a washer/dryer available for your use. Each room has its own heater to keep it nice and warm.
Your private entrance is equipped with an electronic lock and is located at the back door of our family home. Once inside, you’ll head down a short flight of stairs to the landing where you’ll find the washer and dryer (help yourself to the soap provided) and the interior door to your Airbnb, also secured with an electronic lock.

Payment and Cancellation - 30 Day Policy
Grace Period:
- Guests may cancel for free provided that: (1) reservation is canceled within 48-hours of reservation request, and (2) reservation request was made 11 days before arrival.
Payment Policy:
- 30 days or less prior to arrival: Guests pay 100% at time of reservation.
- More than 30 days before arrival: Guests pay 50% at time of reservation, the remaining 50% will be charged 30 days prior to arrival.
- For guests paying with points: 100% of payment will be deducted at time of reservation, once booking is verified within 48 hours.
Cancellation Policy:
- 30 days or less prior to arrival: No refund issued, unless ‘Grace Period’ applies.
- More than 30 days before arrival: 100% refund.
