The Villa is located in the town of Sant’Agata which is situated between the Amalfi Coast and the centre of Sorrento. This town is strategically located between the two Gulfs, in fact on one side you’ll see the beautiful view of Naples’ Gulf with Vesuvius and Capri Island and on the other side Salerno’s Gulf with the picturesque villages of Positano, Amalfi and Ravello. Perfect for families of groups of friends looking to stay in their own privacy as well as still being close to the city centre and all of the main attractions. Distance to Sorrento Centre: 20mins driving Positano: 20mins driving Nerano: 15 driving Bus Stop: 5mins walk Mini Market: 5mins walk Restaurants cafe bakery pharmacy 6 mins walk We have our own professional drivers here in Sorrento, who are very experienced and English speaking, so if you’re wanting to opt for private transportation, this is definitely something we can accommodate and arrange for you.

Payment and Cancellation - 30 Day Policy
Grace Period:
- Guests may cancel for free provided that: (1) reservation is canceled within 48-hours of reservation request, and (2) reservation request was made 11 days before arrival.
Payment Policy:
- 30 days or less prior to arrival: Guests pay 100% at time of reservation.
- More than 30 days before arrival: Guests pay 50% at time of reservation, the remaining 50% will be charged 30 days prior to arrival.
- For guests paying with points: 100% of payment will be deducted at time of reservation, once booking is verified within 48 hours.
Cancellation Policy:
- 30 days or less prior to arrival: No refund issued, unless ‘Grace Period’ applies.
- More than 30 days before arrival: 100% refund.
