3409 Windsor Court South is the perfect Hilton Head, SC vacation rental in Palmetto Dunes. This spacious, fourth-floor unit is perfect for families or adults traveling together. All bedrooms have large beds and all bathrooms are private. It is designer decorated with fantastic views from almost every room!
Upon entering the villa you will be greeted with a bright, open floor plan and a wall of windows with panoramic ocean views. New luxury plank flooring is featured throughout the main living area, kitchen and bedrooms. Immediately to the left of the entry you will find a bedroom with a queen bed, accent chair, 32” SMART TV, and a private bath with shower only. The living room features a sofa that converts to a queen-sized bed, three additional chairs and a 55” SMART TV. A dry bar featuring a quartz countertop and two under-counter refrigerators for wine and other beverages completes the living area. Adjacent to the living area is the dining area, featuring a long, light wood table with seating for 8.
The living and dining areas lead to a 38-foot balcony with stunning ocean and pool views, which is also accessible through two of the unit’s bedrooms. There is a large oval table with seating for six, and an additional chair and footrest for lounging on the balcony.
To the right of the entrance is the kitchen, which was extensively remodeled for 2023. It has stainless steel appliances, quartz counter tops, bright white backsplash, and a breakfast bar with 3 stools.
Going straight past the kitchen, is a hallway that leads to the remaining three bedrooms. The first bedroom on the right has a queen bed with a 32” SMART TV, ceiling fan and a private bath with a combination shower/tub. Across the hall there is a king-sized bedroom, 50” SMART TV, ceiling fan, and a private bathroom with a single vanity and a walk-in shower. This room also has balcony access and stunning ocean views. Completely renovated for 2024 and at the end of the hallway is the master suite which features a king-sized bed, 55” SMART TV, and ceiling fan. Attached to the master is a private bathroom with double sinks, and a separate walk-in shower.
This villa is perfect for a week’s vacation or a quick getaway. Guests are guaranteed a vacation of a lifetime!

For shopping and dining experiences though, Harbour Town in Sea Pines Resort or Shelter Cove Towne Centre are recommended spots featuring an array of shops, restaurants and entertainment options.
