Villa Las Brisas is located on one of the most beautiful spots on the Costa Brava, the high class residential bay of Cala Sant Francesc, in Blanes.
The villa is very well equipped with air conditioning throughout the villa and tastefully decorated with modern design.
Various lounge areas and an open Bulthaup kitchen which is fully equipped with American fridge, ceramic cooking plates, oven, micro wave. Connecting storage room with washing & drying machine.
The kitchen has direct access to the spacious terrace with dining area and BBQ. Living room with Smart TV. On this floor there is one bathroom (with shower).
One floor up there are 2 double bedrooms and one bathroom. Another floor up there is a double bedroom and the master bedroom with bathroom en-suite. Another 2 double bedrooms with shower room and on the top floor a double bedroom and roof terrace. Shades for all rooms.

Payment and Cancellation - 90 Day Policy
Grace Period:
- Guests may cancel for free provided that: (1) cancellation is within 48-hours of reservation request, and (2) reservation request was made 11 days before arrival.
Payment Policy:
- 90 days or less prior to arrival: Guests pay 100% at time of reservation.
- More than 90 days before arrival: Guests pay 50% at time of reservation (non-refundable), the remaining 50% will be charged 90 days prior to arrival.
- For guests paying with points: 100% of payment will be deducted at time of reservation, once booking is verified within 48 hours.
Cancellation Policy:
- 90 days or less prior to arrival: No refund issued, unless ‘Grace Period’ applies.
- More than 90 days before arrival: initial 50% payment is forfeited; the remaining 50% will not be charged.
- For guests paying with points more than 90 days before arrival: 50% of points taken are forfeited; the remaining 50% will be refunded within 5-10 business days.
