Before turning in for the night, soak in the hot tub and adjust the central air-conditioning to the ideal temperature. Things to Know This home requires an HOA application to be completed and emailed back to the HOA within three days of booking. An additional fee is required for the country club’s golf and dining privileges, which vary depending on the length of stay. If you choose to have access to golf and dining, the club will charge a $500 deposit plus $200 for one month, $400 for two months, and $600 for more than two months of access. If your dates of stay fall between one month and two months, you only have to pay $200. Fees are subject to change at any time without advance notice by the HOA. 1 dog(s) are welcome in this home. Damage waiver: The total cost of your reservation for this Property includes a damage waiver fee which covers you for up to $3,000 of accidental damage to the Property or its contents (such as furniture, fixtures, and appliances) as long as you report the incident to the host prior to checking out.
