Stroll up Park Avenue to the base of Old Town where you can enjoy shops, excellent restaurants, and fun nightlife. After an active day, soothe your weary muscles in your private dry sauna.
This three- level features a spacious 1787 square foot with 3-bedrooms and 4 bathrooms easily accommodates 6.
Kitchen: Start your day in the kitchen, perfect for making a quick snack before hitting the slopes or the mountain-bike trails or preparing a gourmet dinner at day end. You’ll enjoy all the dishes, flatware, bakeware, and cookware you expect. Your fully equipped kitchen also features a drip coffee maker, toaster, microwave, and a blender. The kitchen area features a dining table set for six and bar seating for four at the island.
Living room: The open layout flows seamlessly from kitchen into family room, with a gas fireplace to warm the atmosphere and where your family can relax on the comfortable sectional sofa, catching up on favorite TV shows or movies on the large flat-screen television (wifi TV only). Step out onto the deck where you will find terrific views of the surrounding mountain tops of Park City.
Bedroom 1: The main bedroom on the upper level features a handsome king-size bed. This bedroom has an en-suite bathroom with a shower and bathtub combo.
Bedroom 2: The second bedroom on the upper level features a king-size bed. This bedroom has an en-suite bathroom with an easy step in shower.
Bedroom 3: The third bedroom also on the lower level features two twin beds. This bedroom has an en-suite bathroom with a shower and bathtub combo.
Bedrooms all feature warm duvets and luxury 400-thread-count linens. Bathrooms are stocked with L’Occitane shampoo, conditioner, lotion, cleansing bars, and a hairdryer. Also provided is start-up bathroom tissue.

Additionally, you will find all City Park amenities, including sand volleyball courts, tennis courts, and grass fields 100 feet from the building.
