External Description
The villa is located in the splendid countryside of Rignano sull’Arno, on the outskirts of the Chianti area. Surrounded by a fenced garden with lawn and flowers, the property boasts a large panoramic terrace with 4 dining tables, from which you can admire the Tuscan hilly landscape.
At a lower level of the garden there is a private pool (160 cm depth), open from mid-May to mid-October, and equipped with sunbeds and parasols.
Moreover at guests’ disposal a barbecue and a private parking for 5 cars.
Internal Description
The villa is spread over 3 floors and can accommodate up to 16 people, has 8 bedrooms and 9 bathrooms. Internet Wifi is included. All bedrooms are equipped with a fan. It is possible to transform all double beds into single ones at an extra cost. Two baby beds and a high chair are available upon request.
Ground floor: You are welcomed by a room with fireplace and pool table (that can be used upon request).
First floor: A flight of stairs leads to the first floor where there is an elegant living room, furnished with sofas, armchairs, table, fireplace and tv. Following is a spacious dining room with a wooden table for 16 people and a private balcony, and a large kitchen with direct access to the terrace. The kitchen is equipped with: dining table for 8-10 people, fireplace, oven, gas stove, microwave, coffee machine, toaster, dishwasher and fridge.
Also on this floor you will find: 2 double bedrooms with ensuite bathroom (with shower), a toilet, and a small laundry room (with washing machine, dryer, iron and ironing board).
Second floor: The second floor – reachable by climbing two flights of stairs – houses the sleeping area, made up of 6 double bedrooms, including five with an ensuite bathroom (with shower), and one with a private external bathroom (with shower).
