Gorgeous 4 bedroom + office and 3.5 bath with a huge backyard. This is the perfect house for families with kids & working from home in north Cincinnati!
Master bedroom is on the main level (no steps!)
Full sized baby crib is always at the house (please bring your own sheets if you would like to use it)
Includes Level 2 EV charging in the garage (up to 40A).
Situated in between Loveland and Mason, this house is close to all grocery shopping and 5 min to I-71
10 min to Kings Island amusement park, Great Wolf Lodge indoor water park
10 min to downtown Loveland and Little Miami Trails with trails, bike & kayak rental
No parties or events allowed. This is strictly enforced with exterior recording cameras.
This is such a family friendly neighborhood! You will see moms walking with their stroller, couples walking their dogs, and families playing with kids outside.
This house is great for working from home. We have fast 500Mbps internet with WiFi extenders throughout the levels & kids play table with TV in the lower level while you work!
Check in & Security:
There is a self check in keypad at the door with Ring doorbell for your security. We provide sanitizing wipes at the entryway table for every stay.
House Layout:
The main floor has a master bedroom with king bed (no steps!), gorgeous dining room that sits 8, living room with 20ft ceilings, mid-century modern breakfast area, a half bath, laundry room, and a big kitchen. You can access the patio through the sliding door in the breakfast area. The patio has a seating set and dining set for 8. Outdoor string LED lighting on the patio & big backyard for kids to play! (*note: the backyard is not completely fenced off)
The second floor has 3 rooms & 1 full bathroom: 1 queen bedroom, 1 bedroom with 2 full beds, and 1 office with recliner, twin daybed with trundle, full sized baby crib, and changing table. Note that the office is open to the hallway with no door.
The lower level has 1 queen bedroom, 1 full bathroom, and a living room with 55in smart TV and a small bar area.
Outdoor area has cushioned seating + outdoor dining for 8! It’s a great space to spend time with family & kids.
Fireplace is not available for use.
Amenities:
We use Pottery Barn & West Elm organic cotton duvet covers for the queen and full beds, and 680 thread count cotton sheets for the king bedroom. All beds are memory foam mattress for a comfortable night’s sleep.

Security deposits will be refunded within 7 business days after the stay. We will notify you of any damages we find within 24 hours of check out.
Loveland & Mason are super close to 71, restaurants, grocery shopping, including Target and Costco, and a lot of places to take kids. It’s 10 min away from Kings Island amusement park, Great Wolf Lodge indoor water park, and Downtown Loveland trails. Downtown Loveland is a trailhead for the Little Miami Trail, with trails, bike & kayak rentals, and by the Little Miami River. There’s also a Loveland Castle Museum with a real castle!
The neighborhood is super quiet & in the Loveland City Schools. The high school is about a few mins away. This is such a family friendly neighborhood! you will see moms walking with their stroller, couples walking their dogs, and families playing with kids outside.
For families looking for long term stays, this house is in Loveland school district.
The backyard does not have a fence.
No visitors or guests other than those on the reservation are allowed. If there are any violations of this, the reservation will be terminated with no refunds.
No shoes inside on the carpet. Any stains will incur $300 carpet cleaning fee.
Strict early check in and late check out fees apply. Please coordinate ahead of time. Otherwise, $50/30 min late fee will be charged. Thanks!
