Located a few km from Galle this gorgeous slightly elevated villa overlooks a lovely garden & extensive rice fields. It is a blend of Dutch colonialism and modern living with 4 double bedroom suites (2 king, 2 queen), a large sitting area, an internal dining table as well as al fresco dining on the covered verandah.
The two en-suite Master Suites have iconic king size four-poster beds, whilst the other two large bedrooms feature queen size sleigh beds with walk-in wardrobes, private ensuites and outdoor showers. All of the bedrooms have A/C and ceiling fans. Each ensuite bedroom features 300 thread count luxury bed linen, custom built wardrobes incorporating individual private safes and specially selected bathroom amenities.

Payment and Cancellation - 60 Day Policy
Grace Period:
- Guests may cancel for free provided that: (1) reservation is canceled within 48-hours of reservation request, and (2) reservation request was made 11 days before arrival.
Payment Policy:
- 60 days or less prior to arrival: Guests pay 100% at time of reservation.
- More than 60 days before arrival: Guests pay 50% at time of reservation, the remaining 50% will be charged 60 days prior to arrival.
- For guests paying with Points or Cash & Points: 100% of payment of both Cash & Points will be deducted at time of reservation, once booking is verified within 48 hours.
Cancellation Policy:
- 60 days or less prior to arrival: No refund issued, unless ‘Grace Period’ applies.
- More than 60 days before arrival: 100% refund.
