Payment and Cancellation - 90 Day Policy
Grace Period:
- Guests may cancel for free provided that: (1) cancellation is within 48-hours of reservation request, and (2) reservation request was made 11 days before arrival.
Payment Policy:
- 90 days or less prior to arrival: Guests pay 100% at time of reservation.
- More than 90 days before arrival: Guests pay 50% at time of reservation (non-refundable), the remaining 50% will be charged 90 days prior to arrival.
- For guests paying with points: 100% of payment will be deducted at time of reservation, once booking is verified within 48 hours.
Cancellation Policy:
- 90 days or less prior to arrival: No refund issued, unless ‘Grace Period’ applies.
- More than 90 days before arrival: initial 50% payment is forfeited; the remaining 50% will not be charged.
- For guests paying with points more than 90 days before arrival: 50% of points taken are forfeited; the remaining 50% will be refunded within 5-10 business days.
House Rules
- • **PLEASE NOTE ABOUT CHECKOUT:
- • Check-out time is 10 am SHARP. There is no grace period or any exemptions.
- As we are in a rural area our cleaners have to travel around the district and if the premises are not vacant they cannot wait as they have other properties to clean often nowhere near our place. If they have to return due to non-vacancy you will incur an extra cleaning fee for their travel and time $120 AUD.
- • Check-in is from 3pm. We do not allow earlier check-ins for any reason. This is a working farm and the owners require time to manage their property without inconveniencing their guests!
- • This property is not suitable for babies or children. This is a working farm and the property is not suitable for pets for safety reasons.
- • This property is a holiday rental, it is not a principal place of residence and there are no shared rooms. Enjoy your time in comfort and privacy.
- • Checkin details will be sent either the night before checking in, or the morning of check-in for security reasons.
- • Information during your stay can be found in the house manual online.
- • This property is approved for accommodation only. No mattresses, tents, caravans or more cars than the property accommodates are allowed. The guest limits apply at all times during the booking. Any extra guests (this includes day visitors) above those that have been booked and paid for must be approved in writing prior to the stay.
- • Only the guests staying at the property are permitted to be present. If you wish to have visitors in addition to booked guests, you must advise us in writing prior to your stay and ensure you receive written permission.
- • Under no circumstances are the following activities permitted at any of our properties: motorbikes, drones, dirt bikes, quad bikes, use of firearms or air rifles, fireworks.
- • Out of peak season stays of a week or more may qualify for a discount, please send us a message.
- • This property is NOT pet-friendly.
- • There is no Wifi at this property.
