Our property offers over 1600 sqft of gorgeously designed living space with 3 bedrooms and 2.5 bathrooms, designated covered parking for up to two vehicles, and a community pool that is perfect for those relocating or in between homes! Enjoy the spacious and private backyard area that also features a covered patio and seating perfect for morning coffee!
Our townhome is a quick 7-10 minutes to Old Town Scottsdale where some of the best restaurants, shopping and nightlife can be found! Just a 10-minute walk to Chaparral Park which is a great place for the whole family to enjoy. If you are looking to spend the day adventuring the Phoenix Zoo, Desert Botanical Garden and ASU Tempe Campus are less than a 20-minute drive South. Heading to Northern AZ, the Grand Canyon is only 3.5 hours away and well worth the drive!

Things To Know
Payment and Cancellation - 60 Day Policy
Grace Period:
- Guests may cancel for free provided that: (1) reservation is canceled within 48-hours of reservation request, and (2) reservation request was made 11 days before arrival.
Payment Policy:
- 60 days or less prior to arrival: Guests pay 100% at time of reservation.
- More than 60 days before arrival: Guests pay 50% at time of reservation, the remaining 50% will be charged 60 days prior to arrival.
- For guests paying with points: 100% of payment will be deducted at time of reservation, once booking is verified within 48 hours.
Cancellation Policy:
- 60 days or less prior to arrival: No refund issued, unless ‘Grace Period’ applies.
- More than 60 days before arrival: 100% refund.
House Rules
- - No smoking or vaping in our home. Tobacco smoking and vaping are permitted outside with the doors and windows closed. Smoking of any kind in our home will result in a charge up to the amount of your security deposit on file.
- - No house parties, events, or large gatherings. Quiet hours are from 10PM-8AM. The use of Noiseaware noise monitoring system is in place both indoors and outdoors.
- - Parking is limited to no more than four cars per reservation per house. Condo reservations will be supplied with an assigned parking spot. Overflow parking will be available. Guests may only park in the designated areas, i.e., assigned parking, driveway or directly in front of the home. No blocking streets or driveways of surrounding neighbors.
- - Pets permitted with written expressed permission by host with an applicable fee depending on the pet, i.e., $85/dog and/or $150/cat – all non-refundable.
- - Minimum age to book is 25.
- - A rental agreement will be sent for guest signature and must be completed before arrival date/time.
- - All trash must be removed from the home upon departure and placed in the proper receptacles as outlined on the page “INFORMATION ABOUT OUR HOME”
- - Please report any damage to the home or broken items immediately.
