This charming A-frame cabin is located on Beech Mountain, the highest town east of the Mississippi River. Less than 5 minutes away is Beech Mountain Ski Resort, boasting winter favorites like skiing, snowboarding, ice skating, and snow tubing. In the summer, the resort transitions to world-renowned mountain biking and hiking trails. Buckeye Recreation Center is 10 minutes from this cabin, with a playground, volleyball and tennis courts, a fitness area, and Buckeye Lake for fishing and boating. The town of Banner Elk is 15 minutes away, with shopping and delicious local restaurants. A few other High Country attractions within 20 minutes include Wilderness Run Alpine Coaster, Sugar Creek Gem Mining, Banner Elk Winery, and Sugar Mountain Ski Resort.

Things To Know
Payment and Cancellation - 60 Day Policy
Grace Period:
- Guests may cancel for free provided that: (1) reservation is canceled within 48-hours of reservation request, and (2) reservation request was made 11 days before arrival.
Payment Policy:
- 60 days or less prior to arrival: Guests pay 100% at time of reservation.
- More than 60 days before arrival: Guests pay 50% at time of reservation, the remaining 50% will be charged 60 days prior to arrival.
- For guests paying with points: 100% of payment will be deducted at time of reservation, once booking is verified within 48 hours.
Cancellation Policy:
- 60 days or less prior to arrival: No refund issued, unless ‘Grace Period’ applies.
- More than 60 days before arrival: 100% refund.
House Rules
