Pool, hot tub, well maintained garden,private parking and a barbecue area are available for the guests use. There are 4 bedrooms and 2 bathrooms in the house. On the ground floor there is a large living area with fire place, kitchen, dining room, bathroom with bath and one double bedroom.
There is a large terrace with table and chairs overlooking the pool and hot tub.
Upstairs there are 2 double bedrooms and one twin bedroom and another bathroom with a bath.
There is aprivate parking in front of the house as well as a large BBQ at the side of the house.

Payment and Cancellation - 30 Day Policy
Grace Period:
- Guests may cancel for free provided that: (1) reservation is canceled within 48-hours of reservation request, and (2) reservation request was made 11 days before arrival.
Payment Policy:
- 30 days or less prior to arrival: Guests pay 100% at time of reservation.
- More than 30 days before arrival: Guests pay 50% at time of reservation, the remaining 50% will be charged 30 days prior to arrival.
- For guests paying with points: 100% of payment will be deducted at time of reservation, once booking is verified within 48 hours.
Cancellation Policy:
- 30 days or less prior to arrival: No refund issued, unless ‘Grace Period’ applies.
- More than 30 days before arrival: 100% refund.

- Max. 1 pets allowed. Dangerous breed dogs are not allowed. Pets heavier than 5 kg are not allowed.
