This apartment is not rented for tourist stays, but always and in any case for seasonal stays, with a seasonal contract governed by Law 29/1994, of November 24, on Urban Leases, and in no case does the rented property assumes the habitual residence of the tenant who rents it.
Modern duplex with two bedrooms and two bathrooms located in a beautiful recently renovated building that has a nice garden in the common area.
Upon entering the apartment we find the living-dining room with a sofa, armchair, side table, Smart TV, chairs, dining table with capacity for up to 4 people and a study area with a desk and table. It is an open space in which we also find a modern kitchen with all the necessary utensils.
Returning to the entrance on the right we find a small hallway that distributes two rooms of the accommodation. To the left of this we find the first bedroom with two single beds of 0.90 x 2.00 m and a wardrobe. Next to the bedroom we find a large bathroom with shower.
In the living-dining room we find modern stairs that give access to the ground floor of the accommodation. Going down the stairs, to the right we find a small laundry room with a washer-dryer. To the left of the stairs we find a hallway in which there is a large dressing room, a complete bathroom with shower and a bedroom with two single beds of 0.90 x 2.00 m.
The apartment is perfectly connected to the city’s transport network, right next to the Atocha station, which has subway, commuter trains and medium and long distance trains. Near the accommodation we find the Retiro Park, the Prado National Museum and numerous restaurants where you can enjoy the cuisine of the city.

During your stay, the access to the property is limited exclusively to the number of individuals specified at the booking process. Consequently, entry to the property is strictly prohibited for persons not registered as guests. Failure to adhere to this rule will result in an additional charge amounting to 50% of the total cost of the stay as a penalty, or alternatively, immediate expulsion from the accommodation.
