The Home
This large, 3 bedroom, corner unit on 1st-floor of Base Camp One. You can step off the patio to the lifts of Granby Ranch. This allows you and your guests to ski in and ski out of the condo in the winter. You will also have very easy bike park access in the summer. You cannot get any closer! Base Camp One is centrally located in Grand County and is an ideal launching point for all of the great recreational activities available in our area. In addition to back door access to skiing and biking, you will be located very close to Golf Granby Ranch, Pole Creek Golf Course, Winter Park Ski Area, Rocky Mountain National Park, Hot Sulphur Springs, Grand Lake, Lake Granby, and Arapaho National Forest. These destinations are all located within a 30-minute drive of this unit.

Payment and Cancellation - 30 Day Policy
Grace Period:
- Guests may cancel for free provided that: (1) reservation is canceled within 48-hours of reservation request, and (2) reservation request was made 11 days before arrival.
Payment Policy:
- 30 days or less prior to arrival: Guests pay 100% at time of reservation.
- More than 30 days before arrival: Guests pay 50% at time of reservation, the remaining 50% will be charged 30 days prior to arrival.
- For guests paying with Points or Cash & Points: 100% of payment of both Cash & Points will be deducted at time of reservation, once booking is verified within 48 hours.
Cancellation Policy:
- 30 days or less prior to arrival: No refund issued, unless ‘Grace Period’ applies.
- More than 30 days before arrival: 100% refund.
House Rules
- Check-in and Check-out times: Normal Check-in time is 4 pm, and Check-out is 10 am. We are authorized to charge you $50/hr and remove your items to our check-in center and charge the card we have on file. Quiet hours are 10PM-7AM, these quiet hours are enforced. NO smoking (of any kind) is permitted in the home. You MUST be at least 25 years old to rent. MAXIMUM OCCUPANCY at ANY TIME is equal to the number of people that are advertised as being able to sleep in beds in the unit. NO people beyond that number are allowed at ANY TIME. NO HOUSE PARTIES ARE ALLOWED. You must follow the rules of the building you are in including noise, parking, and common area use.
