Villa 58 is a spacious house integrated in a quiet rural area and is ideal for families and groups of up to six people.
The house is 216 m2 and comprises three bedrooms, three bathrooms, a living room, a dining area and a kitchen. There is also a barbecue with an outdoor dining area, a private parking space and other facilities.
Villa 58 has a large terrace with panoramic views to the ocean, mountains and agricultural lands around.
It is well equipped with dishwasher, washing machine, fridge and freezer, ceramic hob, oven, microwave and other utensils, in addition to bed linen, towels, Wi-Fi, TV with international channels and children, and other amenities to provide a pleasant and relaxed stay.
LOCATION
The property is in a rural area about 5 minutes by car from the airport and from the city of Santa Cruz, where there are many restaurants, cafes, bars, supermarket, pharmacy and other services.
The rocky beach in Santa Cruz is just 2 km away, the Aquapark Madeira is 3 km away and Machico sandy beach is about 7 km away.
Nearby you can enjoy many outdoor activities such as hiking, mountain biking, diving and nautical activities.
The property has access to the main roads, but some roads are steep and narrow.
REMARKS
Cleaning is done before guests check in and there is a weekly maintenance cleaning, which includes the change of bed linen and towels.
A car is recommended to this location. As some roads in Madeira and to access the house are steep and narrow, smaller vehicles with high ground clearance and powerful engines are recommended.
The accommodation is in a rural area, but there is potential for noise from the airport and barking dogs in the neighbourhood. There are also insects in the vicinity that can be attracted by leftover food.
There is a video surveillance camera outside near the entrance that does not cover private areas of the house.
CONDITIONS
1. Parties or behaviour that disturb the peace and well-being of neighbours are not allowed, especially between 10 pm and 8 am when neighbourhood noise is prohibited.
2. An online check-in form will be sent to collect essential identification data for check-in, arrival time and means of transport, which must be submitted by guests at least two days before arrival.
3. Self-check-in with flexible arrival time is available via a key lockbox whose code is created and sent on the day of arrival. For face-to-face check-in, it is necessary to schedule the time and the waiting time is 60 minutes, after which a new time can be scheduled according to our availability.
4. Guests may be required to present identification upon arrival and provide missing identification details to comply with legal requirements.
5. Guests must inform about allergies, conditions or special needs before or immediately after booking in order to verify compliance and appropriate measures to be taken.
