Next to a private balcony that overlooks views of the city, the open plan living comprises of a sleek kitchen fitted with quality fixtures and appliances, a dining area for six, and a comfortable lounge dressed with sophisticated furnishings.
Located 5 floors high, city living has never been so serene and you’ll enjoy a peaceful night’s sleep on our luxurious king and queen size mattresses. Both bedrooms are spacious and include built in wardrobes, while the master bedroom is privy to its very own ensuite bathroom fitted with a walk in shower and bath-tub. The serviced apartment is equipped with a hidden away washing machine and dryer for your convenience.
Providing only the best professionally laundered linen and using disinfectant cleaning products, our trained house-keepers will prepare the serviced apartment to impeccable standard.

We offer a free airport transfer with a professional chauffeur (valued at up to $95) or cleaning of the serviced apartment (valued at $70) during your stay to anyone who books for 7 nights, or longer, at least 28 days in advance.
You will be provided with a digital guidebook detailing the check-in process and all of the additional features included in your accommodation.
Keys are accessed through a contactless method through a lockbox onsite. Check-in is any time after 2pm and by following the directions in our guidebook, you are free to help yourself!

If you require car parking, we will be pleased to offer you instructions on how to access a designated car park within the building for $15 per day. Update: as of 30/08/22 we are temporarily using a secure carpark space in U-Park across the road due to roadworks on Bentham St.
Please be aware that this serviced apartment building complex is a mixed residential/student/short-term accommodation use building. Students, professionals, and guests like yourself reside in the building.
All bookings require a $250 bond to cover any damage caused to the property. The Security Bond will only be released after full inspection of the property upon check out. This is to confirm there has been no damage to the property, no missing items and no excessive cleaning is required.
You will be asked to agree to a standard terms and conditions form upon booking. We are unable to list it directly here. Should you have any issues with the T&Cs you may cancel immediately free of charge.
To help keep prices as low as possible for our guests, we make up the number of beds dependent on how many guests book so there may be an extra fee to request more beds. Also, splitting the King beds into two King single beds costs $30 per bed.
