St. Martin Beachwalk Villas has a deeded beach access down your own private walkway. You do not have to cross Highway 98 to get to the sugar white sands and emerald green waters of the Gulf. The 3-story, low rise complex is centrally located in Destin, so you can leave the car parked all week and enjoy the community pool, grilling area, close proximity to Big Kahuna’s water park, shopping, restaurants, and more! You can’t beat the convenience and affordability of St. Martin Beachwalk Villas! Please note, this complex does not have an elevator.

Destin Commons also has a mini train for the kids. Destin Commons features over 75 shops and restaurants, including Godiva Chocolates, AMC Movie Theaters and Bass Pro Shop.
St. Martin Beachwalk Villas is across the street from Big Kahuna’s Waterpark, full of great splashing fun for the kids. And it is walking distance to Dunkin’ Donuts, Pizza Hut, Mellow Mushroom, Chic-Fil-A, Blacklock Seafood Market, and the Pancakery!
