Anima 64 is an excellent lodging option in Bogota for those looking for a modern and minimalist space for their stay. It is located in Chapinero Alto, close to the most touristic places in the city. The building has 24 apartments, each equipped with everything necessary for a comfortable and pleasant stay. The apartment has a semi-loft room with a maximum capacity of 2 people.
SALT, SUGAR AND COFFEE are left available. The building has NO elevator and it is necessary to climb stairs. -Check in is from 3:00pm, if you want to enter earlier, it has an extra cost. The same with the check out which is at 11:00am. It will be subject to availability. Please check with your host. -Access to the laundry area is from 3pm to 10pm.

Payment and Cancellation - 14 Day Policy
Grace Period:
- Guests may cancel for free provided that: (1) reservation is canceled within 48-hours of reservation confirmation, and (2) reservation was confirmed at least 11 days before scheduled arrival.
Payment Policy:
- 14 days or less prior to arrival: Guests pay 100% at time of reservation.
- More than 14 days before arrival: Guests pay 50% at time of reservation, the remaining 50% will be charged 14 days prior to arrival.
- For guests paying with Points or Cash & Points: 100% of payment of both Cash & Points will be deducted at time of reservation, once booking is verified within 48 hours.
Cancellation Policy:
- 14 days or less prior to arrival: No refund issued, unless ‘Grace Period’ applies.
- More than 14 days before arrival: 100% refund.
House Rules
- - At the time of booking, guests ID or passport will be requested. It is important to send this prior the check in, without this information access to the building or property will NOT be allowed. -Parties and meetings in the apartment are forbidden. -Prohibited the consumption of psychoactive substances. -Keep the noise and music moderate, its forbidden to listen loud music. -Minors are not allowed to enter the apartment unaccompanied by family members (a document validating their relationship will be requested). -Visitors are forbidden. -The guests announced in the reservation will be verified, any extra guests will have to pay the additional price per night. -Always turn off lights, stove, among others when leaving the apartment or do not use them. -Always close doors and windows when not in the house, the strong breezes can damage things, and dirty it. -No smoking inside the apartment. -It is forbidden to provide password information to persons other than guests. -People delivering orders are prohibited from entering the building, please go outside to pick up the order. -In case of losing the keys to the property, they will have to pay $50,000 COP. -In case of damage caused by pets or hair on linen that is difficult to remove, the guest will be charged. - In case of forgotten keys inside the apartment, if there is no staff available to help it will be necessary to call a locksmith and the guest will have to pay the value of the service. Failure to comply with any rule will lead to immediate cancellation of the reservation, we are very strict with the rules.
