The home" is located in the historic centre of Lanciano, a beautiful town just a stone’s throw from the sea. The home, on the first floor of a condominium, is only a few steps away from Piazza Garibaldi, the true heart of the town, one of its historical squares. The flat consists of a complete kitchen, dining room with balcony overlooking the square. The sleeping area comprises two bedrooms, both with double beds.
There are two bathrooms, one with a shower and the other with a beautiful bathtub. The flat is equipped with television, washing machine, air conditioning and dishwasher. Towels and bed linen are provided.

Payment and Cancellation - 14 Day Policy
Grace Period:
- Guests may cancel for free provided that: (1) reservation is canceled within 48-hours of reservation confirmation, and (2) reservation was confirmed at least 11 days before scheduled arrival.
Payment Policy:
- 14 days or less prior to arrival: Guests pay 100% at time of reservation.
- More than 14 days before arrival: Guests pay 50% at time of reservation, the remaining 50% will be charged 14 days prior to arrival.
- For guests paying with Points or Cash & Points: 100% of payment of both Cash & Points will be deducted at time of reservation, once booking is verified within 48 hours.
Cancellation Policy:
- 14 days or less prior to arrival: No refund issued, unless ‘Grace Period’ applies.
- More than 14 days before arrival: 100% refund.
