A complex of three villas ideal for relaxation and isolation. In a fenced area of 4 acres the stone-built villas are placed steplessly giving them unobstructed views to the sea and complete privacy. Their aesthetics, inspired by elements of traditional architecture and interiors with boho touches, make up a setting of summer escape.
Each villa has three bedrooms, two on the floor with a shared bathroom and one bedroom on the ground floor with its own bathroom inside the room. At the same level there is the main space with lounge, fireplace, dining room and fully equipped kitchen that has access to the guests wc and a small warehouse. The villas feature a central cooling-heating system, security systems, tv 42``, free wi-fi. Access to the villas and the complex is done with unique code available at the time of booking. Villas are not suitable for people with reduced mobility.

Payment & Cancellation - 30 Day Policy
Grace Period:
- Guests may cancel for free provided that: (1) reservation is canceled within 48-hours of reservation confirmation, and (2) reservation was confirmed at least 11 days before scheduled arrival.
Payment Policy:
- 30 days or less prior to arrival: Guests pay 100% at time of reservation.
- More than 30 days before arrival: Guests pay 50% at time of reservation, the remaining 50% will be charged 30 days prior to arrival.
- For guests paying with Points or Cash & Points: 100% of payment of both Cash & Points will be deducted at time of reservation, once booking is verified within 48 hours.
Cancellation Policy:
- 30 days or less prior to arrival: No refund issued, unless ‘Grace Period’ applies.
- More than 30 days before arrival: 100% refund.
