Zemunik Donji offers you peace and quiet in a rural environment, yet it is a few minutes’ drive from Zadar, which is a real tourist center in the summer. The area itself is an ideal starting point for visiting 4 National Parks and 2 Nature Parks and many cultural and natural sights. The beach is only a 15-minute drive away, so whenever you want you can be a part of the summer bustle and return to peace and quiet.

Payment and Cancellation - 30 Day Policy
Grace Period:
- Guests may cancel for free provided that: (1) reservation is canceled within 48-hours of reservation request, and (2) reservation request was made 11 days before arrival.
Payment Policy:
- 30 days or less prior to arrival: Guests pay 100% at time of reservation.
- More than 30 days before arrival: Guests pay 50% at time of reservation, the remaining 50% will be charged 30 days prior to arrival.
- For guests paying with points: 100% of payment will be deducted at time of reservation, once booking is verified within 48 hours.
Cancellation Policy:
- 30 days or less prior to arrival: No refund issued, unless ‘Grace Period’ applies.
- More than 30 days before arrival: 100% refund.
House Rules
- - The tourist tax is not included in the price and will be charged upon check-in:

- - Optional services:
- Heated Pool: included in the price.
