This villa is one of the two brand new villas belonging in a villa complex situated in the area of Apokoronas- Chania.It enjoys panoramic views ranging from the blue strip of Souda Bay, the scattered Apokoronas villages to the magnificent White Mountains.Villa Alai consists of 3 bedrooms designed in a stylish and modern way to create a unique and comfortable atmosphere for its guests.
This villa is designed with the aim to create an intimate atmosphere with high standards. Filled with beautiful art work, state-of-the-art electronic equipment, modern teak furniture and impressive lighting – all made of natural materials, it is ideal for guests who would like to experience Crete in a stylish way.
The villa is built on two floors. By entering the luxury villa, you will enjoy the airy and spacious feeling of the interior, the pristine white kitchen with the large marble-top table and fireplace , and the relaxed lounging area. On this level there is also a laundry room, a WC and the first bedroom with a double bed and its own bathroom with a hydro massage shower.
On the upper floor there are two bedrooms. One with a double canopy bed en suite with a bathroom with a tub and one twin (which can convert into a king size bed) en suite with bathroom with a rain shower.
Each bedroom has its own balcony with beautiful views of the surroundings.
The outdoor area is one of the villa`s assets: It has a large pool (including children`s pool) surrounded by top quality, stylish sun loungers and sofas covered with colorful pillows and large throws for those chilly nights.
There is also large dining and sitting area with modern teak framed furniture and stylish fabrics with bright tones.
