Welcome to Sugar Sky in the gated community of The Reserve II.
This updated condo on Sugar Mountain is the perfect place to relax, perched at 4750’ in elevation. With level entry from the parking area, access is simpler than most condos! On the main level, you are treated to the new hardwood floors, a kitchen with granite counters and bar seating for breakfast or a snack. The living room offers Spectrum TV for your shows while you gather around the gas log fireplace. Breathtaking views of the Blue Ridge mountains are visible from inside, or step on the the deck to soak them in. Fifty plus miles on a clear day spanning from Grandmother Mountain to Beech Mountain to the left.

Payment & Cancellation - 60 Day Policy
Grace Period:
- Guests may cancel for free provided that: (1) reservation is canceled within 48-hours of reservation confirmation, and (2) reservation was confirmed at least 11 days before scheduled arrival.
Payment Policy:
- 60 days or less prior to arrival: Guests pay 100% at time of reservation.
- More than 60 days before arrival: Guests pay 50% at time of reservation, the remaining 50% will be charged 60 days prior to arrival.
- For guests paying with Points or Cash & Points: 100% of payment of both Cash & Points will be deducted at time of reservation, once booking is verified within 48 hours.
Cancellation Policy:
- 60 days or less prior to arrival: No refund issued, unless ‘Grace Period’ applies.
- More than 60 days before arrival: 100% refund.
