Totally private home set on 17 acres yet minutes from the beautiful town of Wilmington. 4 bedrooms with queen beds on first floor. Ground level Rec room and Bunk room’s just completed. Bunk room has 5 single beds, Entertainment area with Xbox system, 55" TV, Foosball table and game board table with plenty of games to keep the kids busy.
* - Primary renter must be 30 and over
*- Pets will be considered( Type, size, etc) for a fee of $75/ up to 3 night stay. $150 for anything over 4 nights. Please inquire about your pet before booking.)
*- Once Booking is confirmed a rental agreement will be required to be signed with a photo id
* Please note that a refundable Security Deposit in the amount of $500 will be collected by Property Management Company after booking.

Payment and Cancellation - 30 Day Policy
Grace Period:
- Guests may cancel for free provided that: (1) reservation is canceled within 48-hours of reservation request, and (2) reservation request was made 11 days before arrival.
Payment Policy:
- 30 days or less prior to arrival: Guests pay 100% at time of reservation.
- More than 30 days before arrival: Guests pay 50% at time of reservation, the remaining 50% will be charged 30 days prior to arrival.
- For guests paying with points: 100% of payment will be deducted at time of reservation, once booking is verified within 48 hours.
Cancellation Policy:
- 30 days or less prior to arrival: No refund issued, unless ‘Grace Period’ applies.
- More than 30 days before arrival: 100% refund.
