It has a great open living area which features great Emerald mountain views. It includes a full kitchen with brand new stainless appliances, dining table with 6 chairs, sleeper sofa, large flat screen TV and gas fireplace, which keeps the unit extremely toasty. The full kitchen has brand new stainless appliances, custom cabinetry and granite countertops. Both bedrooms and full bathrooms are down the hallway from the main living area. One bedroom has a queen bed and the other has two twins beds. Both rooms have fantastic Emerald mountain views and plenty of storage. Enjoy a soak or swim in the year-round community hot tubs and pool, work out at the fitness center, hang out by community fire-pit or play at the Volleyball court (Summer only) or Ping Pong Table. Most mountain residences, including this property, do not have air conditioning. Fans are provided for your comfort.
