The Villas at Walton Creek is ideally located within walking distance from the ski area (less than a half mile) and about 350 steps to the free bus route (5 minute ride). This 3 bedroom, 3 bath slope with views of Heavenly Daze and Valley view from its deck comfortably sleeps 6-7 adults and makes a fantastic Steamboat vacation rental.
It’s very easy to feel at home and relax at this spacious, bright and immaculate three level condo. Enter the unit either on the ground level through the private garage or walk up the outside steps and access via the front door on the main level.
The main level features a fantastic open living area with vaulted ceilings. It is highlighted by a superbly remodeled, fully stocked kitchen with gorgeous quartz countertops, stainless steel appliances, ample storage and everything you will need to stay in and cook meal. There is also a beautiful wood table with 4 chairs conveniently located for dining, playing a game or just hanging out.
You’ll enjoy kicking back on the comfy sofa and love seat and watching a movie, show or game on the flat screen TV, or just relax by the fabulously updated fireplace, which keeps the unit extremely toasty. There is also a desk for your remote working and schooling needs.
There is a partially covered balcony right off the living area with ski run and valley views, as well as a Weber gas grill.
There are two bedrooms off of the living area on the main level including the Master Suite, which offers an alluring King bed, a flat screen TV, lots of closet space and dresser storage. The attached, recently remodeled private full bathroom has a walk in shower.
The 2nd bedroom on this level also has a Queen bed, a flat screen TV, a closet, and dresser storage.
Right outside the 2nd bedroom is both a recently remodeled full bathroom with a tub/shower combo and a separate closet with a full sized washer and dryer.
The bunk room en suite is all by itself on the top level. It has a very solid Twin over Full bunk bed, twin Trundle bed, flat screen TV, desk, closet and its own private recently remodeled bathroom with a tub/shower combo.
The private garage is perfect for your vehicle and/or gear. Extra large vehicles will not fit in the garage but can park on the driveway directly in front of the unit.
Enjoy a soak in the community hot tub (year-round).
If you don’t want to walk to the resort, a free bus route stop is only 350 steps away. Buses loop every 20 minutes and you are only about 5 minutes from the base of the gondola/base area, restaurants & pubs and the Gondola Transit Center, which connects you to shopping, downtown and more restaurants and pubs.
Most mountain residences, including this property, do not have air conditioning. Fans are provided for your comfort.
