During the summer, you are across the street with access to the beach, biking and hiking trails, the roller coaster and other activities at the base of the mtn.
No Smoking or Pets Allowed
The West is one of the best rental property locations in Steamboat, right across the street from base area/Gondola Transit Center. This two-floor loft with lots of windows and great natural light, lives like a 1 bedroom, and is very nicely. The open living area features valued ceilings, a rock fireplace, ample, comfortable seating and scenic views from the dining table that seats up to 7. There is also 4 bar stools at the kitchen counter.
The fully stocked kitchen has everything you will need to make a meal. Wine aficionados will love the wine cooler. Kick back and relax on the sofa and/or club chair, warm up by the gas fireplace and watch a show, movie or game on the large flat screen TV. There is a king sized Murphy bed in the living area. The full bathroom with a tub/shower combo is right off of the living area.
Upstairs is the bunk room with two full beds, a twin bed and another flat screen TV (stairs are steep and might not be suitable for some children).
There is plenty of storage in drawers and on shelves throughout the unit.
Most mountain residences, including this property, do not have air conditioning. Fans are provided for your comfort.

Originally started as a summer resort destination, Steamboat has become renowned for its world-class skiing and mountain biking options. And your Steamboat vacation rental will put your family in the middle of it all.
Winter activities include skiing, snowmobiling, snowboarding, biking, sledding and fishing. The city houses two ski areas – Steamboat and Howelsen Hill, Colorado’s oldest continuously operated ski area. Or simply play in the smooth, dry snow, referred to as Champagne Powder, for which Steamboat is known.
Mountain biking is huge in Steamboat. Known as Bike Town USA, the city has trails for all ages and skill levels. Hundreds of miles of single track, as well as over 50 miles of downhill and freeride terrain.
