No Smoking or Pets Allowed The West is one of the best rental property locations in Steamboat, right across the street from base area/Gondola Transit Center. This two-floor loft with lots of windows and great natural light, lives like a 1 bedroom, and is very nicely. The open living area features valued ceilings, a rock fireplace, ample, comfortable seating and scenic views from the dining table that seats up to 7. There is also 4 bar stools at the kitchen counter. The fully stocked kitchen has everything you will need to make a meal. Wine aficionados will love the wine cooler. Kick back and relax on the sofa and/or club chair, warm up by the gas fireplace and watch a show, movie or game on the large flat screen TV. There is a king sized Murphy bed in the living area. The full bathroom with a tub/shower combo is right off of the living area. Upstairs is the bunk room with two full beds, a twin bed and another flat screen TV (stairs are steep and might not be suitable for some children). There is plenty of storage in drawers and on shelves throughout the unit. Most mountain residences, including this property, do not have air conditioning. Fans are provided for your comfort.
