The Home
Church Terrace is a three bedroom cottage sleeping six set over three floors, perfectly located in Saundersfoot just a stones throw from it’s beautiful beaches, restaurant, pubs and shops. Upon entrance to Church Terrace you will be greeted by the open planned living and dining area offering seating to kick back and relax in front of the TV and log burner and a dining table with seating for four. At the back of the property the large kitchen offers everything needed to cook up a storm. Church Terrace also benefits from a downstairs W/C.
Heading upstairs to the first floor you will find two of the bedrooms both boasting double beds and ample wardrobe space. The family bathroom can also be found here consisting of a bath/shower, toilet and hand basin. The third and final bedroom will be found on the second floor, again boasting a double bed and breathtaking sea views out onto Saundersfoot Beach.

Payment & Cancellation - 30 Day Policy
Grace Period:
- Guests may cancel for free provided that: (1) reservation is canceled within 48-hours of reservation confirmation, and (2) reservation was confirmed at least 11 days before scheduled arrival.
Payment Policy:
- 30 days or less prior to arrival: Guests pay 100% at time of reservation.
- More than 30 days before arrival: Guests pay 50% at time of reservation, the remaining 50% will be charged 30 days prior to arrival.
- For guests paying with Points or Cash & Points: 100% of payment of both Cash & Points will be deducted at time of reservation, once booking is verified within 48 hours.
Cancellation Policy:
- 30 days or less prior to arrival: No refund issued, unless ‘Grace Period’ applies.
- More than 30 days before arrival: 100% refund.
