This 3-bedroom, freshly painted, air-conditioned unit is located on the waterfront of Shoal Bay Beach with beautiful views from the private side facing balcony, which is equipped with gas BBQ & outdoor furniture.
At your doorstep are the pristine, calm waters and soft white sands of Shoal Bay Beach and the beautiful foreshore reserve offering free BBQ and picnic facilities and its row of restaurants, cafes, pubs and shops. Further along the waterfront (650m) is the Tomaree Mountain Summit Walk, where you can follow the tree-lined trail to the peak for breathtaking views of the Port Stephens coastline. There are 4 beaches in Shoal Bay to choose from; Shoal Bay Beach is popular for paddle boarding and snorkeling whilst Zenith, Box and Wreck beach are most popular for surfing and body boarding. And from your fabulous location, you can easily stroll to them all.
The unit has a combined lounge/dining area featuring HiFi system with DVD player and Bluetooth as well as TV. Everything you need to cook up a gourmet meal can be found in the kitchen, including a dishwasher for easy clean up. The main bathroom has a combined shower and bathtub, plus toilet, and there is an internal laundry with a washer and dryer.
There are 3 bedrooms, all with built-in robes. One bedroom has a queen bed and ensuite bathroom, while the 2nd bedroom has a double bed and the 3rd bedroom has a single bed and a trundle bed which can be raised to the height of a normal bed.
There is undercover parking, with the entrance to the units from the rear in Lillian Street into the first driveway. Your family and friends will love this location and keep coming back to this cute and popular unit.
