This apartment is in the heart of La Latina, a neighbourhood famed for its lively social life day and night.
It is full of prestigious restaurants and emblematic buildings such as the Palacio Real, Catedral de la Almudena, Plaza Mayor and the famous El Rastro flea market, held every Sunday in Plaza de Cascorro, which attracts madrileños of all ages. There are many museums, cinemas and theatres within easy walking distance.
The Apartment:
The apartment is in a 1950s building that has been fully rebuilt from within, leaving only the original façade. The building combines original architectural features with touches of modern design to give each apartment its own elegant personality. There is central air conditioning in all apartments and magnetic keys grant access to the building and the apartment and control the power supply. There is a superb communal rooftop terrace fitted out so that guests can take in the stunning views over the city as they relax on the sun loungers and sip an early evening drink.
The 95 m2 NoMad apartment has three separate bedrooms and two bathrooms. It can sleep seven. There is a bright main bedroom with a double bed, good-sized fitted wardrobe and ensuite bathroom with built-in shower.
The other bedrooms are a twin and a single, and there is a double sofa bed in the living room. Two large balconies overlook the street and bathe the apartment in light. The bathrooms have a shower and towel warmers and are clad with colourful cement tiles that give them a stylish retro look.
This great apartment has use of the communal roof terrace on the top floor..all guests are welcome to use it...The apartment is located within an area called CENTRAL MADRID, where there are strict traffic restrictions. Please note that, in order to access the apartment by private vehicle, you must have the corresponding approval from the DGT (Department of Motor Vehicles), otherwise you can only access the apartment on foot, or by public transport, taxi or VTC (licensed car with private driver).
The terrace will be closed every day of the week from 9:00 p.m. to 9:00 a.m.
The baby crib is subject to availability.

Keep in mind that, to access the apartment in a private vehicle, you must have the corresponding approval from the Municipal Directorate General of Traffic (DGT). Otherwise you can only access the apartment on foot, or by public transport, taxi or VTC. We are not responsible for any municipal sanctions in this regard.
